Presidential elections were held in Central Exoña on 24 July 1995. Enrique Velázquez Merino of the Democratic Alliance Party (PAD) won percent of the vote, defeating Fidel Sanjurjo Sánchez of the Christian Democratic (PDC) in a runoff election.
